The Australian National University (ANU), in partnership with the University of Canberra (UC), offers a 10-week Academic English program designed to help international students adapt to local life, enhance their language proficiency, and transition smoothly into their degree studies.
However, please note that students enrolling in the Master of Laws (LLM) for Semester 1 cannot package their offer with the UC 10-week English program.
Reason for Restriction:
ANU LLM Course Start Date: January 27, 2025
UC 10-week Language Program End Date: January 31, 2025
Because the final week of the language program overlaps with the commencement of the LLM program, concurrent enrollment is not permitted.
Students holding an LLM offer must meet the English proficiency requirements directly through approved English tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) or alternative pathways that do not conflict with the academic calendar.
