To successfully claim your application fee waiver, you must strictly follow these university regulations:
  • Academic Requirements: Eligible for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) coursework applications only. Graduate Certificate (GC) and Graduate Diploma (GD) programs are strictly excluded.
  • Minimum Thresholds: Students must meet the minimum academic entry requirements for their chosen course. Failure to meet these criteria will result in a waiver rejection by USYD.
  • Quota Restrictions: High-demand Postgraduate courses with strict enrollment quotas are not eligible for this fee waiver.
  • Application Timeline: Valid applications must be officially submitted within 30 days following the event conclusion.

  • Software Setup: Download the Zoom client in advance and register for the webinar using the link above.
  • Email Verification: You MUST register for the Zoom webinar using the student’s personal email address. This email must perfectly match the one listed on your USYD application form.
  • Punctuality: Log in to the Zoom meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • Full Attendance: You must remain online for the entire duration of the session. Merely registering without attending will disqualify you from the waiver.
  • Proof of Attendance: Take a clear screenshot during the live webinar showing your attendance. Keep this screenshot safe, as USYD requires it for verification and waiver processing.
