Monash University has announced key updates regarding international admissions. Candidates can now utilize the IELTS One Skill Retake for eligibility, and the Business School has opened applications for its upcoming November intake.
1. Acceptance of IELTS One Skill Retake (Academic)
Monash University now formally accepts the IELTS One Skill Retake (Academic) to help applicants meet English language proficiency requirements.
Key Regulations:
One Attempt Only: Applicants can retake only one single component per full test sitting.
60-Day Window: The retake must be booked and completed within 60 days of the original test date.
Full Retake Policy: If the single-skill retake score still falls short, applicants must retake the entire four-component test.
Test Delivery: The retake must be taken via computer at an official IELTS test center.
Admissions Processing: The updated Test Report Form (TRF) will retain the original test date. Monash Admissions will evaluate applications based on this original date.
