We are pleased to inform you that the Australian Department of Home Affairs (DHA) has officially reinstated TOEFL iBT as an approved English language proficiency test for Australian visa applications, effective from May 5, 2024.
Students and applicants can now utilize their TOEFL iBT scores to meet the language requirements for various visa subclasses, including student and work visas.
Important Note on Test Validity:
Approved: TOEFL iBT tests taken on or after May 5, 2024, are fully recognized.
Approved: TOEFL iBT tests taken on or before July 25, 2023, remain valid for two years from the test date.
Not Recognized: Please be advised that TOEFL iBT scores for tests taken between July 26, 2023, and May 4, 2024, are not accepted for visa purposes.
